Work Experience

Ed is the founder and managing partner of the Firm and has been in the public accounting practice for more than 26 years. He has vast experience in the audit of local and multinational corporations in various lines of  business such as mining, manufacturing, banking, forwarding, real estate development, shipping & crewing, construction, holding companies, distribution, semi-conductor, non-profit organizations, energy development, golf &  country clubs, information technology and service concern companies.

He has been involved in litigation assistance, conservator work and was a former government official. He is alsothe Tax Partner of the Firm having been practiced as tax consultant for the last eighteen years. As part of the  Firm’s professional development program, he attended various local and international conferences conducted  by the CPA Associates International, Inc., Association of CPAs in Public Practice, Philippine Institute of CPAs,  Development Center for Finance (UP College of Business Administration), and the  Development Academy of  the Philippines.

Work Experience

Before joining the Firm, Willy was connected with a big chain of supermarkets in the Middle East where he gained  extensive experience in chain store operations in his 16 years as Chief Accountant of a retail company. He has  been a partner of the Firm for the last ten years. He has extensive experience in the audit of local and international  companies engaged in the fields of retail merchandise business, mining, manufacturing, construction, holding  companies, distribution, semi-conductors, non-profit organizations, energy development, golf and country clubs,  information technology and service concern companies.

Earlier in his career, Willy worked and assumed various accounting positions for a leading bank in the Philippines.

As part of the Firm’s professional development program, He has attended local seminars on accounting, finance and taxation conducted by the Development Center for Finance (UP College of Business Administration), Bureau of  Internal Revenue and Tax Management Consultants of the Philippines.
